Originating from North Korea, mul naengmyeon is a cold noodle dish made of chewy buckwheat noodles and refreshing ice-cold broth. It is especially enjoyed on hot summer days. Mo Ran Gak is OC’s destination for Mul Naengmyun!
bibim naengmyeon
Alternatively, bibim naengmyeon is a spicy version of naengmyeon that is cold, spicy, sweet, and tangy! It is typically served with spicy sauce, refreshing broth, crunchy radish and cucumbers, sweet Asian pear, and boiled egg. It goes perfectly with a side of galbi (Korean marinated short-rib).
